I primarily serve small businesses in Standish, Wigan, and Chorley. For on-site visits, I focus on these local areas. Remote support is available for businesses further afield across the North West.

How quickly can you respond to issues?

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 12 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Due to this being a sideline job for now. For urgent issues, I'll do my best to help as quickly as possible. Remote support can often be provided same-day, while on-site visits are typically scheduled within 1-2 business days.

I work with small businesses across all industries. Whether you're in retail, professional services, healthcare, or any other sector, I can help with your IT needs. My focus is on practical, reliable support that works for small business budgets.

What if I don't know what's wrong with my IT?

That's absolutely fine! Just describe what's happening in plain English, and I'll help diagnose the issue. Part of my job is translating tech problems into understandable terms and finding solutions that work for you.

How much do your services cost?
